Ordering Info
Shipping Charges: Rates are calculated at approximately 10% of total order (before credits or discounts) within the contiguous U.S. Orders to be shipped outside the contiguous U.S. must be placed by phone (802-244-6126) and will incur additional shipping charges.Returns and Exchanges: Returns (receipt required) and exchanges can be made up to 60 days from purchase date. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you need to exchange an item we will pay to ship the new item. Returns and exchanges must be shipped to our address by a traceable and insured method (i.e. insured mail or UPS). Pieces must be well padded and double boxed with padding in between the boxes. Delivery Time: We are a small shop and may have to custom make your order. Most orders should arrive within 2 weeks of purchase. Jewelry will be shipped by 1st Class U.S. Mail and other glass orders will be shipped by UPS. Rush orders: Rush orders (for in stock items only) must be made by phone. Please call (802-244-6126) to discuss possibilities and costs (open daily 10am - 6pm EST). Requests for expedited shipping will incur additional charges. |
